At Olmsted Orthodontics, our team wants to serve you and your family with the highest level of expertise, techniques, and products in orthodontics treatment. We  provide the most update systems in orthodontics such as the Damon System and  Invisalign for children and adults conveniently located at the Oak Ridge Common's Shopping Center in Oak Ridge, NC and also serving other Northwest Guilford County communities of Colfax, Summerfield, Stokesdale, Greensboro, High Point, Madison-Mayodan, and Kernersville, and Winston Salem.

Dr. Matthew Olmsted, a Northwest High School graduate, earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) from UNC-Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. He then completed an additional three years of orthodontic specialty training, obtaining a Master of Science degree (MS) and specialty certificate in Orthodontics from UNC-Chapel Hill. During his residency, Dr. Olmsted learned the special skills required to manage tooth movement and guide facial development. He is trained in the latest techniques and the most modern treatment philosophies that emphasize the preservation of all teeth.

In addition, Dr. Olmsted teaches as a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Orthodontics at UNC-Chapel Hill.  He is committed to keeping up with the current research and advances in orthodontics by taking numerous continuing education courses and reviewing the contemporary literature.
